These internships will run from mid-May to mid-August 2018, ending with our annual company trip.

As a People and Culture intern, you thrive with collaboration. You can take others' ideas and opinions and incorporate it in your own work. You are detail-oriented and are able to communicate internally and externally clearly and concisely.
You will work directly with full-time employees to create and own your own projects. You will be able to lead your own training workshops, recruit and hire full-time employees, and work to enhance the culture events. You will use metrics to help guide your actions and projects, along with creating recommendations.
