Customer Experience Intern

These internships will run from mid-May to mid-August 2019, ending with our annual company trip. 

Spreetail is continuing to build a customer experience team. The Customer Experience team is here to delight our customers and keep them coming back.  They are the center point for many collaborative departments at Spreetail. Responsible for reducing customer pain points, they are advocates of customer initiatives in operations, sales, and marketing. 

As a customer experience specialist, you are the face of the company to every customer. You are determined problem solver and think about the big picture without losing sight of the details and treat every customer as the most important.  

Customer experience interns have the most hands-on interaction with the customers. You are the center point for many collaborative departments at Spreetail. It is imperative that every customer leaves with a positive impression, and you'll be responsible for answering any questions that they have and will make quick business decisions in order to make their experience a positive one. Additionally, you will work on side tasks that are based on marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Jet, and Walmart to make sure that we are continuing our 99.8% positive rating!
