As a part of our People & Culture team you will offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution. The HR Business Partner will provide insightful data on the financial value and future worth of people-centric programs
As a HR Business Partner, you will:
Drive departments toward correlating business results (i.e., production or sales) with individual results
Provide proactive solutions to business needs regarding hiring, engagement, succession planning, performance management, coaching and recognition
Give honest feedback and coaching to individuals and teams
Act as a project manager for cross functional projects and objectives aiming to increase productivity, innovation and communication
Ensure company culture / communications are understood and achievable by individuals and teams
Act as a counselor in difficult employee situations to help find win-win solution
