The Reverse Logistics team leads key projects related to recovering profit from our customer returns. This team works with all facets of the business while doing so. If you like to work on your feet and with your hands while still learning about the business, this position could be for you.

As a Reverse Logistics Returns Associate, you will:

  • Manually unload trucks in the warehouse
  • Sort inventory to be checked in
  • Provide valuable feedback on products and their performance
  • Understand each vendor’s terms and make decisions based on the strategy
  • Communicate effectively with vendors to finalize return credits
  • Coordinate outgoing shipments of returned goods in bulk.
  • Analyze part requests to determine the most cost-effective processing method
  • Develop process improvements to scale responsibilities
